Refund policy
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges of sale products unless the item is found to be defective.
There are no refunds if you change your mind. We do not exchange items.
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch, but if an item is damaged or defective, we will arrange a refund. Please contact hello@thosetwogirls.com.au with a description of the issue and accompanying photo of the item within three (3) days of receiving your order.
You are to return the faulty item as per below:

tracked shipping at your own initial cost (via Australia Post – no courier services)

email a photograph of the tracked standard postage receipt (including tracking number) to hello@thosetwogirls.com.au, and your nominated bank account (name, BSB, account number)

once the item has been received and deemed to be damaged or defective by us, a refund will be processed within 48 hours via the method of initial payment received (PayPal or credit card)

at the same time, a separate transaction to reimburse your return shipping costs will be made via direct deposit into your nominated bank account, and you will receive a payment receipt notification via email.
